Policies

  • Payment must be received with the Registration Confirmation prior to the start date of the camp.

  • NovaTech officials are authorized to take whatever action is deemed necessary in their judgment for the health and safety of my child in the event of an accident. NovaTech is not financially responsible for the emergency care and/or for the transport of the child to a medical facility.

  • NovaTech reserves the right to dismiss any student who in conduct, industry, or progress proves not in harmony with NovaTech standards and policies. NovaTech will not tolerate conduct that threatens the safety of any student or employee; or conduct that subverts the camp’s purpose or interferes with the work of the teachers and students.

  • A student who withdraws from camp before May 16, 2008, will receive a full refund less a $20 administrative fee.  All refund requests must be made in writing to NovaTech.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER MAY 16 OR THE BEGINNING OF A CAMP SESSION (if registered after May 16).  NO REFUNDS CAN BE MADE FOR ILLNESS OR VACATION PLAN CHANGES. It may become necessary for a camp session to be canceled by the Camp Director.  In this event, a full refund will be made.  Cancellations will not be decided until one or two days prior to the start of the class.  This will allow for late registrations and enable the class to occur, if possible.

  • NovaTech Solutions has my permission to use my child’s photograph in its summer catalog, advertisements, press releases or announcements concerning the program.
