Industrial Training Program Grants Can SAVE Chamber Members Up to 50% OFF the cost of Employee Training.

Join the 265 members who participated in the Chamber's training grant last year. They saved over $1.8 million in training costs while their staff upgraded their skills. The Illinois Chamber of Commerce Industrial Training Program helps Chamber Members:

• Improve Employee Productivity and Efficiency
• Provide Employees Additional Knowledge and Job Skills
• Reduce Turnover, Absenteeism and Accidents
• Create an Adaptable and Flexibly Workforce
• Increase Employee Morale

Who Is Eligible?

What Size Company Can Participate?
Any size company can participate and receive an Industrial Training Program grant, however, the majority of companies taking advantage of this Chamber benefit have been small to medium-sized companies with 50 to 1,000 employees.

What Types of Training Are Included?
The Industrial Training Program Grant covers a wide variety of work-related employee training from the implementation of total quality management to regulatory compliance issues and more. If I Am Not Currently a Chamber Member, Can My Company Still Participate?
Only those companies that hold membership in the Illinois State Chamber of Commerce can participate in this program.
