Employment Policy
The
Companys position on Equal Employment is expressed
in the following statement by NovaTech Solutions President,
Kyle W. Mayes:
We have
an obligation to our clients to determine realistically
our needs for employees and to select the best qualified
available people to handle their computer training and support
needs. We shall hire, promote, compensate, and provide terms,
conditions, and privileges of employment solely on the basis
of the Companies personnel requirement and each individuals
qualifications. In fulfilling our obligations we will not
practice, nor tolerate, nor condone discrimination because
of age, race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or
disability.
We shall
comply at all times with the letter and the spirit of all
national, state, and local laws pertaining to employment.
Just as we will not discriminate against prospective employees
because of age, race, color, religion, sex, national origin,
or disability, we will not terminate any competent person
to make room for another on the basis of any of these reasons.
As President
of NovaTech Solutions I will continue to work in establishing
and maintaining employment procedures consistent with this
policy.
