On Seminar Day
Full Day - 8:30 a.m.
to 4:30 p.m.
1/2 Day - 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Please arrive 15 minutes
early. Bring a jacket or sweater, because room temperatures may vary.
Payment Policy
Where direct billing has not been prearranged, payment must be received prior to attending seminar. We accept MasterCard, VISA and Discover Cards.
Cancellations/Substitutions
Substitutions may be made at any time and registrations can be cancelled up to five working days before the seminar. A cancellation received up to five days before the seminar date is refundable, minus a $35 registration service charge. After that, cancellations are subject to the entire seminar fee. Please note that if you do not attend, you are still responsible for payment. NovaTech reserves the right to reschedule a seminar at any time
Support
Even after you've completed your seminar work, NovaTech continues to support your on-going training needs. When you take an application seminar from NovaTech, you receive free telephone support for a full 30 days following the seminar on topics covered in the seminar.
On-site Training
We can deliver any of the computer training seminars right to your company's door. For groups of ten or more, you can enjoy considerable savings, customize the seminar to meet your needs and choose the day you want the training.
Complete Satisfaction
If you are not completely satisfied, you may retake the same seminar at any time, no questions asked.
